Ongoing support from early planning through full wedding day coordination. We stay close as you build, take over logistics in the final month, and run the day so nothing reaches you that shouldn't. This is your day-of coordinator but better.

The Full Presence
For couples who have a feeling, not yet a plan
End-to-end partnership. We develop your vision, own the vendor relationships, manage the budget and timeline, and run the wedding day entirely. You show up. We've handled everything else.

The Attendant is our signature service for a reason — it's the one role in the room whose only job is your experience. A dedicated attendant who knows you before the day begins, not just your timeline. Someone who anticipates your needs, holds the details, and makes sure the day feels as good as it looks.That's not something typical planning includes. It's something we built from scratch.

It comes down to how involved you want to be. The Foundation is for couples who want to stay in the driver's seat with expert guidance available. The Companion and Full Presence are for couples who want us to carry more — from logistics to full planning and design. The Attendant fits alongside any of them, or stands on its own. We'll help you figure out the right fit when you reach out.

Venue coordinators are there to protect the venue. They'll make sure the catering runs on time, the space is set up correctly, and the staff knows where to be. What they're not there to do is know you — your vision, your priorities, the moments that matter most to you. That's a different job. We love and appreciate venue teams, but we work alongside them, not instead of them.

Most couples book 9–12 months out, but we accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows. Reach out as soon as you have a date in mind.

After your agreement is signed, we issue an invoice schedule — typically two to three installments. Payments can be completed securely online.
